Girls on the Run!

Girls on the Run© is a non-profit, community-based prevention program that encourages preteen girls to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Our curricula address all aspects of girls’ development – their physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual well-being.GOTR of Northeast Florida creates life-changing experiences for all girls ages 8-11 (third- fifth grade) by combining training for a 5K run with important life lessons that encourage healthy habits, self-esteem, positive thinking and an active lifestyle. The result is an awesome way of life for a new generation of girls! For more information please contact Melissa Williams.
